We understand that online shopping can be difficult. Perhaps you ordered the wrong size or the colour doesn’t suit you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please read this policy before placing an order as once you have placed your order you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
We offer 21-day return/refund on full-priced, unworn/as new items only.
We will refund you if your purchase qualifies or we will issue you a store credit so you can repurchase the item of choice.
Purchasing from us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your purchase including your name and order number, within 7 days from the receipt of your item. Your email will be responded to within 24 hrs, if it is the weekend a response will be received by you on the following Monday. We will send you a return form to enclose with your return. The items must be returned to us within 21 days of your receipt of the item.
REFUNDS – Conditions apply
Refunds are only available on full-priced items and items that meet the returns conditions. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
There is no refund on items on sale or where a discount or promotional codes have been applied to your order. You will be issued a store credit.
Shipping is not refundable.
Return of previously exchanged items will be issued a store credit, less a processing fee of $9.95.
A deduction of $9.95 applies to Afterpay refunds and refunds where free shipping has been applied (1st order only). If you choose a store credit no deductions are applied.
You can return the item for a store credit to purchase an item/size of your choice. A store credit has an expiry of 1 year and will be processed within 48hrs of receipt of your return. Refunds will not be issued on item/s that are not received within the 21-day return condition or are lost in transit. Allow 7 days for refunds to be processed.
Other Return Information
There is no return on Clearance sale items or items on sale that has had further discounts applied. No returns on jewellery or sunglasses (due to hygiene) these items are final.
Any shipping charges associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer we also suggest you use a trackable form of shipping such as the Australia Post red satchel.
Before returning the item make sure:
- The item was purchased in the last 21 days
- You have completed the return form and it is enclosed with the return
- Items are unworn, not including trying it on
- Items are unwashed and in their original condition
- Free from any marks, odours including perfume/deodorant
- Must have with original tags attached
- We suggest you try your garments on with no makeup on
- When trying on shoes you must wear a sock for hygiene reasons
We inspect the returned item thoroughly and if a garment is returned soiled or marked in any way then we reserve the right to send it back to you at your cost.
Once we have received the returned item it will undergo a quality review before being approved, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed.

Do not send back any item without prior contact this will void your return.
For faulty items please notify us immediately via email with photos of the fault and item details. We will send you a return label.
We reserve the right to repair or replace a faulty item due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. If not repairable or cannot be replaced then a refund or store credit will be issued. Please follow the care instructions on your garment to prolong its life of it.
Wrong item sent please notify us immediately, we will send a return label so the item/s can be sent back to us then have the correct item/s sent to you.
If your item is over $95 you may be eligible to exchange, this must be approved, and we will send you your required size once the return is received. Otherwise, you will be issued a credit code to repurchase. Only one exchange with free shipping is available for any second exchange for the same item shipping will not be included. There are no refunds on exchanged items. Conditions apply.
