We ship from Sydney via Australia Parcel Post, so that we can track all purchases. Delivery time is 1 to 6 business days from your dispatch confirmation email, depending on where you are located in Australia. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from Stylelement with the details of your order. It will then be processed and dispatched within 24hrs, you will then receive an email from us with your tracking information. Please note any order made on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
If you would like your order sooner please choose the Express Post option. Express Post is an extra $13, Australia wide. Next day delivery applies to the Sydney area and some other states. Interstate takes approximately 1 to 3 days.

PARCEL POST and EXPRESS POST are not classified as registered mail. Lost or stolen items are not covered and are the risk of the purchaser.
If you’re not there when Australia Post deliver your parcel and there’s no safe place to leave it, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office. You’ll get a notification about your missed delivery, so you can pick your item up in-person. They hold it at the Post Office for 10 business days, before it gets returned to sender.
If you would like to change your delivery address or enter where you would like the parcel to be left, you can sign up and use the free MyPost option, https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/parcel-collection-delivery/manage-your-delivery you can have emails or SMS messages sent to you to keep you informed of your parcels delivery progress.

Customs – Customers can be charged fees from their own country for buying a product online, Stylelement does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel arrives at its destination country.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Track your order at auspost.com.au/track Please contact your nearest P.O. if you have not received your order within 10 business days of your dispatch notification. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and do not account for any possible delays.
If you would like to return an item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. The items must be returned within 21 days (30 days for international) of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, not including trying it on, unwashed, in the original condition with original tags and packaging. All items are checked prior to leaving the warehouse.
No returns on sale or clearance items, so please choose carefully.

For faulty or incorrectly dispatched items only. Firstly, we apologise for any inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com or via our Contact page, include your Name, Details, Order Date and Order Number. When we receive your returned item then we will authorise the refund or store credit. To send the item back we will send you a return post pack so you do not have any added costs.
You can exchange an item. Contact us within 7 days. Please complete the form (link above) and send it with the returned item. The item must be received by us within 21 days (30 days for international) from the date of purchase, in its original condition, with tags still attached. The postage will be at your cost, please keep a record of the tracking number. Once we receive the item you will be issued a store Credit Note to purchase your preferred item. This credit does not have an expiry. We do not hold items for exchange.
