We ship from Sydney via Australia Parcel Post, so that we can track all purchases. Delivery time is 1 to 6 business days from your dispatch confirmation email, depending on where you are located in Australia. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from Stylelement with the details of your order. It will then be processed and dispatched within 24hrs, you will then receive an email from us with your tracking information. Please note any order made on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
If you would like your order sooner please choose the Express Post option. Express Post is an extra $13, Australia wide. Next day delivery applies to the Sydney area and some other states. Interstate takes approximately 1 to 3 days.

PARCEL POST and EXPRESS POST are not classified as registered mail. Lost or stolen items are not covered and are the risk of the purchaser.
If you’re not there when Australia Post deliver your parcel and there’s no safe place to leave it, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office. You’ll get a notification about your missed delivery, so you can pick your item up in-person. They hold it at the Post Office for 10 business days, before it gets returned to sender.
If you would like to change your delivery address or enter where you would like the parcel to be left, you can sign up and use the free MyPost option, https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/parcel-collection-delivery/manage-your-delivery you can have emails or SMS messages sent to you to keep you informed of your parcels delivery progress.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post. Countries we currently ship to: New Zealand $17 AUD Philippines $17 AUD USA $25 AUD Your order should be received within 10 business days. Customs – Customers can be charged fees from their own country for buying a product online, Stylelement does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel arrives at its destination country.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. Track your order at auspost.com.au/track Please contact your nearest P.O. if you have not received your order within 10 business days of your dispatch notification. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and do not account for any possible delays.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We offer 14-day return/refund on full priced, unworn/as new items only. We do not offer exchanges, we will refund you for your item so you can repurchase the item of choice. You must contact us 14 days from the receipt of your item.
Please note we do not refund sale items. Where discount codes have been applied. You can return the item and you will be issued with a credit code to purchase an item of your choice.
There is No return on Clearance items.
Refunds will not be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.
Any shipping charges associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. The items must be returned to us within 21 days (30 days for international) of the purchase date. Once we have received the returned item, please allow 4 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
Before returning the item for a refund make sure:
- The item was purchased in the last 14 days
- Items are unworn, not including trying it on
- Items are unwashed and in the original condition with original tags and packaging

We are happy to replace or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your garment to prolong the life of it.
We do not offer exchanges. But refund so you can repurchase your desired item.
